Users of the documents of the National Archival Fund are obliged to:

1) ensure the safety of the documents used;

2) to prevent distortion and falsification of the information used contained in archival documents;

3) when publishing or quoting archival documents, indicate a reference to the place of their storage and their owner.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 1998 No. 326-1.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of collection, acquisition, storage, state accounting and use of documents of the National Archival Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the state administration of archival affairs in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
