Internal affairs bodies within their competence:

1) implement the state youth policy;

2) take measures to prevent offenses among young people;

3) take measures for military-patriotic education of youth;

4) carry out interaction and cooperation with youth organizations for the prevention of offenses among young people;

5) carry out the formation, monitoring of the implementation and evaluation of the results of the state social order on the prevention of offenses among young people;

6) exercise other powers provided for by this Law, other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 9, 2015 No. 285-V SAM.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the field of state youth policy.
