The term of state registration is interrupted in cases of examination of constituent documents, verification of lists of members of political parties, as well as on the grounds specified in legislative acts on state registration of legal entities.

The right to freedom of association is one of the most important and constitutional human and civil rights, the realization of which meets the interests of society and is protected by the State.
