The withdrawal of the auditor qualification certificate is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.

The decision to revoke the auditor qualification certificate is sent by the authorized body to professional organizations and published in Kazakh and Russian in the mass media.

Persons who have been deprived of the auditor qualification certificate are allowed to be re-certified no earlier than three years later.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 20, 1998 No. 304.

 This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities, auditors, audit organizations, professional audit organizations and the professional audit council in the process of conducting auditing activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
