1. Personnel training for internal affairs bodies is carried out by educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other educational organizations.

2. Initial professional training, professional retraining and advanced training of personnel of internal affairs bodies are carried out in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as in other educational organizations and institutions.

3. Employees, military personnel and employees may receive higher, postgraduate and additional professional education outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law regulates public relations in the sphere of activity of the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
