The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

To provide credit resources to certain sectors of the national economy at preferential interest rates, provide 25,000,000 thousand rubles in the republican budget. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan should determine the list of enterprises and branches of the national economy in need of preferential loans and establish a procedure for reimbursing banks for losses related to the provision of preferential loans.  The footnote. By the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 25, 1993, the figure of 25,000,000 was increased by 25,000,000.
