Article 15. Objects of the State veterinary and sanitary control and supervision of the Law on Veterinary Medicine
The objects of state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision are:
1) animals, germ and somatic cells of animals;
2) pathogens of animal diseases;
3) products and raw materials of animal origin, veterinary drugs, feed and feed additives, pathological material or samples taken from them for diagnosis and veterinary and sanitary examination, as well as samples of water, air, soil, plants;
4) veterinary and zoohygienic products and attributes used for the prevention, treatment, treatment and identification of animals, diagnosis of animal diseases, veterinary and sanitary expertise;
5) vehicles, all types of containers, packaging materials that may be factors of transmission of pathogens of animal diseases;
6) the activities of individuals and legal entities in the field of veterinary medicine, local executive bodies and their divisions engaged in activities in the field of veterinary medicine;
7) territories, production facilities and activities of individuals and legal entities that grow, harvest, store, process, sell or use movable (transported) objects, as well as carry out scientific activities in the field of veterinary medicine;
8) cattle runs, routes, territories of pastures and watering places of animals, procedures and forms of their identification;
9) documentation on veterinary accounting and reporting, veterinary certificate, veterinary and sanitary report, examination report (test report), regulatory and technical documentation on the production, harvesting (slaughter), storage and processing of transported (transported) objects and other regulatory documentation in the field of veterinary medicine;
9-1) animal burial grounds (biothermal pits);
10) domestic trade facilities;
10-1) state veterinary organizations;
11) processing center.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2002 No. 339.
This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
