Article 15. Information of databank on the agrochemical condition of soil The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Soil Protection   

      1. The information data bank on the agrochemical condition of soil (hereinafter – the information data bank) shall be formed and maintained for the purpose of collecting, storing, and updating information on the agrochemical condition of soil. The information data bank shall be maintained in accordance with the procedure determined by the authorized body.

      2. The accumulation of the information data bank shall be carried out by a republican state enterprise on the right of economic management, established by a decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and by laboratories (centres) accredited in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of technical regulation, which shall bear responsibility for its completeness, timeliness, and reliability.

      3. The information contained in the information data bank shall be open, and the procedure for obtaining it shall be determined by the authorized body, except for information constituting state secrets or other secrets protected by law. 

On soil protection, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2026 No. 341-VIII SAM 

This Law regulates public relations in the field of soil protection and defines their legal, economic and organizational bases.
