Article 15. Duties of the members of the Consumer Cooperative of the Consumer Cooperative Act
The members of the consumer cooperative are obliged to:
1) comply with the charter;
2) comply with decisions of the general meeting, executive, supervisory and other bodies;
3) fulfill their obligations to the consumer cooperative to participate in its activities, as defined by the charter;
4) make property (share) contributions in the amounts, in the manner and within the time limits established by the charter.
Members of the consumer cooperative may also bear other duties stipulated by the charter of the consumer cooperative that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the legal status of consumer cooperatives, the organizational, economic and social conditions of their creation, operation, reorganization and liquidation, the rights and obligations of members, the powers and responsibilities of management and control bodies.
