1. The subjects of legal statistics and special accounting shall carry out departmental accounting in order to solve the tasks within their competence.

2. The procedure for the formation of departmental records is determined by departmental instructions.

3. The information contained in departmental records may be used exclusively within the scope of solving tasks within the competence of a government agency.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2003 No. 510.

This Law defines the legal basis and principles for the implementation of state legal statistics and special accounting, the powers and functions of the authorized body, subjects of legal statistics and special accounting.
