In the case stipulated by the charter of the credit partnership, the participant has the right to make additional contributions to the property of the credit partnership without restrictions. Additional contributions from the members of the credit partnership do not change the size of its authorized capital.

This Law defines the legal status, the procedure for the creation, reorganization and liquidation, as well as the regulation of the activities of credit partnerships.
