Article 15-1. Post-design analysis for compliance with energy efficiency class requirements of buildings, structures and structures The Law on Energy Conservation and Energy Efficiency Improvement
1. Post–design analysis for compliance with the requirements of the energy efficiency class of buildings, structures and structures (hereinafter referred to as post-design analysis) is carried out in order to confirm compliance with the implemented activities for the construction of new buildings, structures and structures or changes (expansion, modernization, technical re-equipment, reconstruction, capital repairs) of existing buildings, structures and structures in accordance with the procedure established by the Legislation of the Russian Federation. determined by the authorized body.
2. The post-design analysis is carried out within eighteen months after the commissioning of the relevant building, structure and facilities.
3. No later than the deadline specified in paragraph 2 of this Article, an opinion shall be prepared based on the results of the post-design analysis, which concludes that the implemented activities on projects for the construction of new buildings, structures and structures or changes (expansion, modernization, technical re-equipment, reconstruction, capital repairs) of existing buildings, structures and structures.
4. If, based on the results of the post-design analysis, non-compliance with the requirements of the energy efficiency class of buildings, structures and structures is identified, a conclusion is sent to the customer and the developer of the relevant building, structure and structure to eliminate such non-compliance within the period determined by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
