The integrated licensor has the right to:

1) to control the quality of goods (works, services) produced by the licensee under a comprehensive business license agreement;

2) pre-emptive purchase upon alienation by the licensee of his company (his share in the company);

3) act as a guarantor or surety in relation to the licensee to third parties;

4) to conclude other agreements with the integrated licensee, in particular, to act as a lessor in relation to him;

5) unilaterally terminate the complex business license agreement and recover from the complex licensee the losses incurred in case of non-fulfillment of his duties provided for in subparagraph 5) of paragraph 2 of Article 17 of this Law.;

6) exercise other rights in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 24, 2002 No. 330.

This Law regulates relations related to the implementation of a comprehensive business license (franchising), defines the content of a comprehensive business license agreement and is aimed at the development and state support of franchising activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
