Article 14. The rights of subjects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities Chapter 3. Rights, duties and responsibilities of subjects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities of the Law on Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Subjects of architectural, urban planning and construction activities have the right in accordance with the procedure established by law.:

1) request and receive information (information, data, source materials or documents) from the relevant architecture and urban planning authorities, as well as a state enterprise that maintains the state urban planning cadastre (with the exception of information or documents of limited access) necessary for pre-design studies, preparation of a feasibility study, justification of investments in construction, planning development of the territory and (or) its development, design and construction of facilities, as well as their subsequent operation;

2) to use land plots acquired for ownership or granted for possession or use for their intended purpose within the limits of urban planning regulations, easements or other regulatory requirements (conditions, restrictions);

3) create professional public organizations.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 16, 2001 No. 242.

This Law regulates the relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the process of carrying out architectural, urban planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and is aimed at creating a full-fledged human habitat and vital activity, sustainable development of settlements and interuniverse territories.
