Article 14. Staff of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan Chapter 5. Personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan Of the Law On the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     The staff of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan consists of employees, military personnel and employees.

     Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are accepted to serve and work in the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan on a voluntary basis, who are capable of fulfilling the duties assigned to the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan due to their moral and business qualities, education and health status.

     The limit on the number of staff and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is approved by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the recommendation of the Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The number of employees of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is established by the Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the limits of funds allocated for these purposes.
