Article 14. Responsibility for the operation of an individual residential building and the use of a manor plot of the Law on Individual Housing Construction
The owner of an individual residential building is responsible for the operation of an apartment building, other buildings and structures and the costs for these purposes, as well as major repairs and necessary measures for the engineering protection of the territory within the estate (where required). The owner is also charged with ensuring the use of the estate plot for its intended purpose, in compliance with sanitary and environmental standards.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.
The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
