Structural divisions (branches and representative offices) of public associations are subject to registration.

The registration of branches and representative offices of foreign and international non-profit non-governmental organizations is carried out by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The registration of structural divisions (branches and representative offices) of public associations is carried out in the territorial judicial authorities.

The procedure and terms of registration are regulated by the legislation on registration of legal entities.

The right to freedom of association is one of the most important and constitutional human and civil rights, the realization of which meets the interests of society and is protected by the State.
