1. Persons who have joined the service of special state bodies are being adapted to the operational activities of the unit.

2. Adaptation work is carried out in order to introduce employees to the requirements of their position as soon as possible, to perform their duties efficiently, to effectively develop the necessary professional qualities and to master the values and norms of corporate culture of special government bodies.

3. The work on the professional adaptation of employees is carried out on a planned basis and consists of a set of developmental activities, including mentoring.

The procedure for organizing work on employee adaptation is determined by the first head of a special government agency.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 13, 2012 No. 552-IV.

This Law defines the status of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as special state bodies), regulates public relations related to admission to service in special state bodies, its passage and termination, and also defines the legal status, financial support and social protection of employees of special state bodies.
