The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

To recognize the need to maintain, until November 1, 1993, price regulation for bread, bakery products, flour sold instead of baked bread, semolina and millet, as well as for compound feed at the expense of the budget.  The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan should develop a subsidy mechanism and a procedure for compensating the difference in prices for the above-mentioned products and make proposals in the second quarter of 1993, taking into account price changes.  The footnote.
