Material, technical and organizational support of public control is provided at the expense of the funds of subjects of public control, as well as other sources established by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the purpose, objectives and principles of public control, as well as regulates public relations related to the organization and implementation of public control in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
