Associations (associations, unions) of employers interact with sectoral government bodies in accordance with the procedure provided for by this Law and other regulatory legal acts, including through participation in:

1) development and (or) updating of industry qualifications frameworks, professional standards, and the register of professions;

2) the work of the sectoral councils for professional qualifications, the National Council for Professional Qualifications;

3) work on developing proposals for the development of the National Qualifications System.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 4, 2023 No. 14-VIII SAM.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
