1. The stock of pesticides is a certain amount of regularly updated pesticides and is state property under the jurisdiction (disposal) of the department of the authorized body.

2. The stock of pesticides is intended to eliminate the unforeseen mass spread of particularly dangerous harmful organisms and is formed from the volume of pesticides purchased at the expense of budgetary funds, based on phytosanitary monitoring, taking into account the prevailing phytosanitary situation.

3. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 28.10.2019 No. 268-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 3, 2002 No. 331.

This Law defines the legal, economic and organizational bases for carrying out activities in the field of plant protection from pests, weeds and plant diseases and is aimed at preserving crops, their quality and preventing harmful effects on human health and the environment when implementing phytosanitary measures in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
