Article 14-1. Realization of the right to receive housing certificates of the Law on Housing Relations

  1. To exercise the right of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan to acquire ownership of housing using a mortgage loan under a mortgage program approved by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or to receive state support measures aimed at improving housing conditions in accordance with this Law, local executive authorities provide housing certificates.

     2. The size and list of categories of recipients of housing certificates are determined by local representative bodies (maslikhats).

     The footnote. Section 2 is supplemented by Article 14-1 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/03/2019 No. 243-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
