Article 13. Transitional provisions The Law On the Astana Hub Innovation Cluster

    1. Within six months from the date of the entry into force of this Law, the founder shall make a decision on the establishment of the Fund by reorganizing the relevant legal entity with the participation of the state in the authorized capital.

     2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 04/03/2019 No. 243-VI (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2014 No. 207-V SAM.

This Law defines the legal status of the Astana Hub innovation cluster.
