The construction contractors are responsible for the quality of the construction of an individual residential building.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
