Article 13. Citizenship of a child whose parents are unknown of the Law On Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     A child residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, both of whose parents are unknown, is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     The footnote. Article 13 was amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 17, 2002 No. 322.  

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1991 1017-XII. This Law regulates the issues of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
