Article 13-1. Notifications on the beginning or termination of business activities in the field of veterinary medicine of the Veterinary Law
1. The following types of business activities in the field of veterinary medicine are subject to notification:
1) veterinary medical and preventive activities;
2) sale of medicines for veterinary purposes, biological preparations, products and attributes of veterinary and zoohygienic purposes;
2-1) manufacture of veterinary drugs used as perfumes or cosmetics for animals;
3) disinfection, disinfection, deratization, deworming.
2. Individuals and legal entities are required to notify the local executive body of the region, the city of republican significance, and the capital in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Permits and Notifications" prior to the commencement or termination of entrepreneurial activity in the field of veterinary medicine.
3. Individuals and legal entities who have notified the local executive body of a region, a city of republican significance, or the capital of the beginning of veterinary therapeutic and preventive activities must:
1) own a set of equipment necessary for carrying out activities;
2) have employees in the relevant specialties in the field of veterinary medicine (legal entities);
3) have a diploma of education in the relevant specialty in the field of veterinary medicine (individuals).
4. Individuals and legal entities who have notified the local executive body of the region, the city of republican significance, the capital of the beginning of veterinary therapeutic and preventive activities, shall attach to the notification:
1) a summary table including the surname, first name, patronymic, education, number and date of issue of the diploma, signed by the first head and sealed by the organization (legal entities);
2) a copy of the diploma of education in the relevant specialty in the field of veterinary medicine (individuals);
3) certificate of completion of specialization or advanced training and other types of professional development;
4) a copy of the veterinary and sanitary report.
5. Individuals and legal entities who have notified the local executive body of a region, a city of republican significance, or the capital about the start of activities for the sale of medicines for veterinary purposes, biological preparations, products and attributes for veterinary and zoohygienic purposes, and the production of veterinary drugs used as perfumes or cosmetics for animals, are required to:
1) own, by right of ownership or otherwise legally, the premises and a set of equipment necessary for carrying out activities;
2) have employees in the relevant specialties in the field of veterinary medicine (legal entities);
3) have a diploma of education in the relevant specialty in the field of veterinary medicine (individuals).
The documents provided for in paragraphs 1), 2) and 3) of paragraph 4 of this article, as well as copies, shall be attached to the notification.:
1) confirmation of the assignment of an account number to the object;
2) title documents confirming the existence of the relevant premises on the right of ownership or other legal basis.
6. Individuals and legal entities who have notified the local executive body of a region, a city of republican significance, or the capital about the start of disinfection, disinfection, deratization, and deworming activities are required to:
1) own, by right of ownership or otherwise legally, premises, a set of equipment and equipment that are necessary for carrying out activities;
2) have employees in the relevant specialties in the field of veterinary medicine (legal entities);
3) have a diploma of education in the relevant specialty in the field of veterinary medicine (individuals).
The notification shall be accompanied by the documents provided for in paragraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) of paragraph 4 of this Article, as well as copies of title documents confirming the existence of the relevant premises on the right of ownership or other legal basis.
7. The submission of the documents provided for in this article is not required if it is possible to obtain the information contained therein from state information systems and (or) from the information form.

This Law defines the legal, organizational and economic basis for carrying out activities in the field of veterinary medicine and is aimed at ensuring veterinary and sanitary safety.
