Article 12. Responsibility for project quality Section 3. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS OF the Law ON Individual Housing Construction

The construction of an individual residential building is carried out according to the project. The project reflects constructive and planning solutions that meet the conditions of safe living not lower than the minimum state standards and standards for residential buildings.

Responsibility for the quality of the project for the construction of an individual residential building, including one designed by the developer himself, is assigned to the project developer and the approving organization in the part agreed upon by it.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
