Article 12. Regulation of tobacco imports The Law on State Regulation of Production and Turnover of Tobacco Products

     The import of tobacco products is regulated by approving (changing) excise tax rates, customs, special, anti-dumping and countervailing duties, and quotas for the import of tobacco products.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2003 No. 439.

      This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of tobacco products.
