1. Activities related to the use of beneficial properties of bees, as well as the production of bee products in their habitat, are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the protection, reproduction and use of wildlife.

2. The destruction of nests and other places of settlement of bee colonies in their habitat, as well as the selection of honey from the nests of bee colonies, are not allowed.

3. If a bee family in its habitat conditions complicates human life, relocation or destruction, if it is impossible to relocate such a bee family, is carried out with the participation of specialists in the field of beekeeping.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2002 No. 303.

This Law regulates relations in the field of beekeeping products production, protection, use and reproduction of bees, their effective use for pollination of crops and all pollinated flora, creation of conditions for increasing productivity of beekeeping, as well as crop production, ensuring guarantees of observance of the rights and interests of individuals and legal entities engaged in beekeeping.
