Article 12. Participation in public associations of the Law on the Legal Status of Foreigners

     Foreigners permanently residing in the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to join public associations, except for political parties and public associations pursuing political goals, and if this does not contradict the charters (provisions) of these associations.
