The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

Starting from January 1, 1993, enterprises, associations and business entities of all forms of ownership located on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan pay export and import duties to the republican budget in accordance with the customs tariff.
