Article 12. Judicial protection of human and civil rights and freedoms CPC RK Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 

 1. Everyone has the right to judicial protection of their rights and freedoms.

  2. The jurisdiction provided for by law may not be changed by anyone without his consent.

  3. The State shall provide everyone with access to justice and compensation for damage caused in cases and in accordance with the procedure established by law.
