The list of information contained on physical media with fingerprint information when processing identity documents, visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, permits for temporary or permanent residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as information contained in the fingerprint information of foreigners and stateless persons subject to expulsion from the Republic of Kazakhstan or subject to international agreements on readmission, ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan, is determined by the rules of fingerprint and genomic registration.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of fingerprint and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
