Article 12. Competence of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of state monitoring of property Chapter 3. Competence of state bodies In the field of state monitoring of property of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law on State Monitoring of Property in Sectors of the Economy of Strategic Importance
Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) determines the state body authorized to conduct state monitoring of property;
2) upon submission of the authorized body, approves the list of objects of economic sectors of strategic importance, in respect of which state property monitoring is carried out, makes changes and (or) additions to it.;
3) uses data from the state monitoring of property in the development and adjustment of state socio-economic policy;
4) based on the results of the survey of monitoring facilities, uses economic, financial and other measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at preserving and improving the economic efficiency of enterprises in sectors of the economy of strategic importance;
5) uses data from state property monitoring to optimize the structure of state ownership in sectors of the economy of strategic importance;
6) performs other functions assigned to him by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.
This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
