The Development Bank has the right to carry out project financing in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on project financing and securitization.

The requirements for projects implemented through project financing by the Development Bank and the ways to ensure the fulfillment of the borrower's obligations under project financing are set out in the Memorandum.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 25, 2001 No. 178.
