1 Intentional infliction of serious harm to health, committed while exceeding the limits of necessary defense, –

is punishable by a fine in the amount of up to one thousand monthly calculation indices, or correctional labor in the same amount, or community service for up to four hundred hours, or restriction of liberty for up to one year, or imprisonment for the same term.

2 The same act that negligently caused the death of the victim, –

is punishable by restriction of liberty for a term of up to two years or imprisonment for the same term.
