Employees and military personnel of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan have the right to use physical force, including combat fighting techniques, to suppress criminal and administrative offenses that infringe on the life, health, rights, freedoms, personal dignity and property of protected persons, detain those who committed them, and overcome opposition to legitimate demands, if nonviolent methods do not ensure the fulfillment of the duties assigned to the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
