Article 11. Public Association of the Law on Non-Profit Organizations
1. A public association is an organization created as a result of voluntary association of citizens, unless otherwise provided by laws, in order to achieve common goals that do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Excluded by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 12/21/2023 No. 49-VIII (effective ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication).
3. The specifics of the legal status of public associations are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Associations".
4. A public association may operate as a self-regulatory organization based on voluntary membership (participation) in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Self-Regulation".
