1. Main pipelines include main oil pipelines, gas pipelines, and petroleum product pipelines.

2. The main pipeline consists of a linear part and the facilities specified in paragraph 3 of this article.

3. The structure of the main pipeline facilities includes devices, equipment, structures, buildings and other structures connected in a single technological process with the land plots they occupy.

The composition of the facilities and the technical parameters of the main pipeline are determined by the design documentation.

4. Main pipelines do not include commercial, technological and other pipelines intended for the transportation of products within the territory of the owner or other right holder of products for on-farm purposes, including within the contract territory of the subsurface user, as well as distribution pipelines intended for the transportation of products to consumers.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2012 No. 20-V.

This Law regulates public relations arising during the design, construction, operation, conservation and liquidation of the main pipeline, and is aimed at ensuring efficient, reliable and safe operation of the main pipeline.
