1. Within five working days from the date of completion of the preliminary examination, information about the application is published weekly in the bulletin.

2. Information about submitted applications must contain the following information:

1) an image of the claimed designation;

2) information about the applicant, including the address of the applicant and (or) his representative;

3) the list of goods (services) in respect of which registration of the mark is requested;

4) the number and date of submission of the application to the expert organization;

5) the country, number and date of filing of the first application, if the convention priority is established;

6) an indication of a collective trademark.

This Law regulates relations arising in connection with the registration, legal protection and use of trademarks, service marks, geographical indications and names of places of origin of goods in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
