Methods of verification of measuring instruments are developed in accordance with Article 8 of this Law and are used to confirm the conformity of measuring instruments with established technical and metrological requirements.

The methods of verification of measuring instruments used in measurements, to which metrological requirements are established in the measurement lists related to state regulation and regulatory legal acts, are subject to registration in the register of the state system for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 7, 2000 No. 53-II.

This Law regulates public relations that arise between government agencies, individuals and legal entities in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements, defines its goals, legal and organizational bases for ensuring the uniformity of measurements.
