Fully transfer to local budget revenues income taxes from citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreign citizens and stateless persons, state duties, water charges and taxes on natural resources, forest income, mandatory local taxes and fees, local taxes and fees, the rates of which are determined by maslikhats-assemblies of deputies, fees and various non-tax payments, with the exception of certain types of income credited to the republican budget.
