1. The licensor may suspend the license for the manufacture of tobacco products in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan for up to six months in the following cases::

1) violations of the norms established by Articles 6, 7 and 8 of this Law and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications;

2) violations of qualification requirements by the licensee;

3) failure to carry out the licensed activity within one year from the date of issue of the license;

4) refusal to provide information to the licensor in accordance with its competence or provision of false information;

5) violations of the rules of labeling and traceability of tobacco products by means of identification;

2. The license for the manufacture of tobacco products is revoked by judicial procedure in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2003 No. 439.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of production and turnover of tobacco products.
