Article 10. Rights and obligations of rated persons of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Credit Rating Activities

     1. The rights and obligations of the rated persons are regulated by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     2. The rated person has the right to refuse to publish the rating. If the rated person refuses to publish, such a rating is considered non-public.
