Article 10. Payment of the registration fee of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices
Upon state registration (re-registration), state registration of termination of legal entities, registration (re-registration), and de-registration of branches (representative offices), a registration fee is charged in accordance with the procedure established by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code), with the exception of legal entities that are commercial organizations, their branches and representative offices.
Prices for services for state registration of legal entities that are commercial organizations and registration of their branches and representative offices, implemented by the registering authority, are established by a decision of the authorized body responsible for organizing and coordinating the activities of the Government for Citizens State Corporation, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the antimonopoly authority.
Activities related to the state registration of legal entities that are commercial organizations and the registration of their branches and representative offices belong to the state monopoly.
