The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

To establish that since January 1, 1993, enterprises, organizations and economic entities engaged in oil exports have contributed 20 percent of the difference between export prices and prices for domestic supplies to the national budget.  The Cabinet of Ministers will approve the terms and procedure for charging the specified price difference.
