Article 10. National Council for Professional Qualifications of the Law on Professional Qualifications
1. In order to develop proposals and recommendations, and coordinate the development of the National Qualifications System, an advisory body, the National Council for Professional Qualifications, is being established under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The National Council for Professional Qualifications may include deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, representatives of central and local executive bodies, republican associations of trade unions, republican associations (associations, unions) of employers, Republican associations for small businesses, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Body for Professional Qualifications, chairmen of sectoral councils for professional qualifications and business entities.
2. The National Council for Professional Qualifications performs the following functions::
1) develops proposals to identify priorities for the development of the National Qualifications System;
2) Approves the national qualifications framework;
3) performs other functions in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Information on the activities of the National Council for Professional Qualifications is posted on the digital platform of the National Qualifications System and updated at least once every six months.

This Law regulates public relations in the field of recognition of professional qualifications within the framework of the National Qualifications System.
