Military counterintelligence agencies:

1) are created for the implementation of tasks assigned to the national security agencies in the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

1-1) are a military formation;

2) have valid and conditional names, seals and stamps;

3) in operational and official activities, they are independent from the command of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the status, powers and organization of activities of the national security bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 1995 N 2710.
