Loans for the construction of individual residential buildings are provided to citizens on conditions that ensure their repayment and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
